Research Interests: Computational cognitive neuroscience, naturalistic vision, neural networks

My research aims to understand human high-level visual processing in naturalistic settings by integrating computational modeling with neuroimaging and behavioral methods. I seek to uncover the computational principles that govern how the brain extracts meaningful, high-level representations from sensory input in the real world. I received my PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Beijing Normal University, under the supervision of Jia Liu. I then completed postdoctoral training with Marius Peelen at the Donders Centre for Cognition, Radboud University, and with Leyla Isik in the Department of Cognitive Science at Johns Hopkins University.
