Please join us in congratulating Dr. Kyle Rawlins on his well-deserved promotion and celebrating his continued contributions to formal semantics, pragmatics, syntax, and their interfaces, as well as his dedication to advancing language research through interdisciplinary work.

Dr. Kyle Rawlins’ research focuses on formal semantics, pragmatics, and computational semantics, with a particular interest in the interpretation of questions and the interfaces of these fields. He integrates theoretical linguistics, computational modeling, and experimental data in his work. Notably, he has contributed to projects like the Decompositional Semantics Initiative and the MegaAttitude Project. Dr. Rawlins’ achievements include advancing our understanding of language and releasing various data sets to benefit the broader research community.
